ElixirPerks (“we”, “us”) provides a 2 FOR 1 and BOGO deals app and website. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can delete it.

Who we are

ElixirPerks is operated at elixirperks.com. The customer app talks to our API at api.elixirperks.com.

Information we collect

• Account: name, mobile number, optional email, city, and optional profile photo.
• App activity: favorites, offer views, redemptions, reviews, and subscription status.
• Location: approximate location, if you allow it, so we can show nearby outlets. You can refuse location and still use the app with a city you pick.
• Device: basic technical logs needed to keep the service running (for example, that a request reached our API).
• Payments: if you buy a plan, payment providers process wallet checkout. We store payment status and a transaction reference, not your full wallet PIN.

How we use it

We use this information to create your account, show deals, redeem offers at an outlet, support merchants and admins, improve the product, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

When you redeem an offer, the outlet can see that a valid redemption happened so staff can accept it. We may share data with hosting and payment processors that run the service for us. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is open. Deleted accounts are removed from our live database. Some records (for example completed redemptions needed for outlet reporting) may be kept in anonymized or aggregated form.

Your choices

• Edit your name, email, city, and photo in the app.
• Turn off location permission in your device settings.
• Delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete account. This removes your customer account and related favorites, reviews, and redemptions we hold for you.

Merchant and admin accounts are not deleted from the customer app. Contact us through the admin portal for those.

Children

ElixirPerks is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Security

We use HTTPS and store passwords as hashes. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
